Oh geez, look at how long it's been! I'm terrible. I will hopefully get a burst of energy and start submitting again soon. I miss my art. I'm silly. Anyway, in my absence I've gotten older mentally and deteriorated physically (I'm 22 now, boo). Too much happened too quickly and now nothing's happening and the year seems to have sped up. I'm tired. BUT I've come to the soobviousitshouldn'thavetakenthislongtoRErealiseit conclusion that I need to do something -move, flail, SCREAM!- because no matter how curious I am about drowning, I am a swimmer. Back from New Zealand. Saw snow. But it wasn't falling. I forgot to make a snowman and woman. And a snow Angel. Realised my limits, pushed others'. Tried disposable film for the first time in forever. SHEEP. And cows. And, surprisingly, deer. But the sheep own those mountains. Met more English and/or Irish/Scottish, American/Canadian (I don't know, sue me), European humans than New Zealanders. Fell in something-like-love with all three waiters.
